Dates are listed below by age group.

Register for camp by the grade the camper will complete at the end of the school year.

All camps check-in at 3:00pm. All camps end at 11:00am.

Please Note: Payments will be due in full at the time of registration. If your congregation has agreed to pay half of the registration fee you will need to seek reimbursement from them directly.

Please enter the email address for the camper that you want the confirmation email sent to. All registrations receive a confirmation email. If you do not, call the Regional Office, 615-646-3705

CYF Camp

May 31st- June 6th, 2026

Must have completed 9th-12th grades.

 

Please Note: Payments will be due in full at the time of registration. If your congregation has agreed to pay half of the registration fee you will need to seek reimbursement from them directly.

Chi Rho Camp

July 7th- 11th, 2026

Must have completed 6th-8th grades.

 

Please Note: Payments will be due in full at the time of registration. If your congregation has agreed to pay half of the registration fee you will need to seek reimbursement from them directly.

 

Family Camp

July 15th- 18th, 2026

Enjoy a camp experience for the entire family.

This camp will run simultaneusly to Junior Camp this year.

Family Camp Price: $215 per person or

Whole Family** Max Price: $500

*Whole Family consists of two guardian adults and children in the immediate family

** Whole Family Max Price includes the cost of Junior Camp Registration.

Junior Camp

July 15th- 18th, 2026

Must have completed 3rd-5th grades.

Fall Retreat 2026

November 6th - 8th, 2026

(Chi Rho (grades 6-8) & CYF (grades 9-12)
