Bethany Hills Rental Policy

A security deposit is required upon reservation of Bethany Hills Camp. This deposit will be returned to you in the form of a check if there is no damage and you have satisfactorily cleaned up after your event. This includes:

  • Sweeping the floor
  • Wiping tables
  • Emptying garbage cans and placing garbage in camp dumpster
  • Placing any recyclable garbage in recyclables dumpster
  • Removing any decorations
  • If any tables were taken inside/outside, return them to their original locations.
  • Return any keys to the host.

Rental Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the rental will result in a complete refund of the rental fee and security deposit. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 14 days of the reservation will result in a forfeit of the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

Alcohol Permit

If alcohol is to be served (wine and beer only) at your event, you will be required to obtain a licensed bartender to serve during your event. You must submit a copy of the license to Bethany Hills no later than 15 days prior to your event.
