✅ What to Bring

(Please label all items with camper’s name or initials)

  • A great attitude!
  • Bible
  • Toiletry items: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.
  • Pillow
  • Bed roll: sleeping bag or twin-size sheets and blanket
  • Pajamas
  • Towels and washcloths
  • Swimsuit (modest & camp-appropriate)
  • Fan (small, portable – no AC available)
  • A pair of closed-toe shoes (required for outdoor activities)
  • At least one extra pair of shoes
  • Casual/play clothes for each day
  • Lightweight jacket or hoodie
  • Raincoat or umbrella
  • Bag for dirty clothes
  • Flashlight (with extra batteries)
  • Insect repellent
  • Water bottle
  • Pencil and paper or a small notebook

👍 Optional but OK to Bring

  • Sunglasses and/or a hat
  • Musical instrument
  • Phone & charger (use is at directors’ discretion—many camps collect phones at check-in)

👎 Please Do NOT Bring

  • Food/snacks – They attract bugs and critters in cabins
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives or firearms)
  • Pets (Service animals are welcome.  Please let us know in advance.)
  • Tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs

These items are strictly prohibited.
If found, parents will be contacted immediately to pick up their camper.


No refund will be issued if a camper is sent home for bringing banned items

💊 Medications

All medications, including over-the-counter items, must be in original containers and clearly labeled.
Parents must provide written instructions for all medications.
All medicines will be stored and administered by the camp’s First Aid staff and kept in the First Aid room.

💵 Money at Camp

Most campers choose to turn in money at check-in for safekeeping. This serves as a camp “bank” for:

  • Canteen/snacks
  • Offering during worship

Please send small bills if possible. Campers are not permitted to keep large amounts of cash in cabins.

Leaders

Group leaders will want to either check with us about the availability of specific supplies, or plan to bring their own. Such items range from specific sports equipment, to audio/visual equipment, to art or office supplies.
