Overnight Lodging & Fees

Bethany Hills is first and foremost a camping facility. Most of our sleeping accommodations consist of wooden bunk beds in shared rooms. When planning your event, please plan sleeping arrangements accordingly.

Nightly accommodation rates are listed below; we reserve the right to make adjustments to the fee schedule at any time.

For individuals or small (fewer than five) family groups, we will make the Guest House available at a rate of $150 per night. There will be a $50 deposit due with the contract, and we will require proof of insurance. We will try to keep this building available for this purpose, but we cannot guarantee its availability.

Day Use Rental Rates

Host a meeting or one-day retreat with us in the beautiful and serene setting of Bethany Hills. For groups of 9 or more, we apply the following fee schedule.

Daily use rate:

• Adults                                                           $25.00 per day
• Children 5yr and older                              $25.00 per day
• Children 0 -4yr                                            Free

Meals and Dining Hall

Groups of 6 or larger have the opportunity to have meals provided by Bethany Hills Camp. Meal rates listed below are per person.

• Breakfast $10
• Lunch $12.50
• Dinner $15
• Meals for ages 4 and under are free.

At Bethany Hills groups have the opportunity to make their own meals during their stay if they so choose.

• For groups that plan to prepare their own meals, there is a daily kitchen use fee of $250. Any meal counts as a daily use.
• Use of the dining hall only (no kitchen access) is $150 per day.
• Use of Lodge Kitchen for snacks and refreshments only (no cooking) is $100 per day.
•  Kitchen Support (set up and clean up after meals) is available at a rate of $100 per day.

Availability

The availability of the buildings and grounds at Bethany Hills is flexible, yet dependent upon previous bookings. We have many repeat visitors, so some dates are booked a year in advance. Most of the facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities, within the limits of a hilly outdoor setting.

Reservations

A reservation is considered tentative and will be held for two weeks pending confirmation; after which the date may be offered to another group.

We would like your best estimate of the number of participants at the time you make your reservation. A final count will be needed four weeks before your arrival so that we can plan and prepare accordingly. To confirm your reservation, you must return a completed reservation form with your deposit and proof of insurance.

Deposit Information & Insurance

We would like your best estimate of the number of participants at the time you make your reservation. A final count will be needed four weeks prior to your arrival so that we can prepare accordingly. Deposit rates are listed below

• Day use only – $100
• Overnight stays – $500
• *For small groups and individuals a standard rate of %50 of the total estimated cost will be required as a deposit.

All groups regardless of size will need to provide a copy of their certificate of insurance, dated specifically for each event. Bethany Hills must be named as the certificate holder on the bottom of the form. Bethany Hills maintains insurance, but your insurance is considered primary.

• For organized groups, this form is available from your group’s insurance carrier.
• For family reunions, individuals, or receptions, this certificate can be obtained from the homeowners’ or renters’ insurance company of the sponsoring family.

Individuals and small groups may be asked to share the camp facilities with another group. This only occurs when there is no serious conflict in the spaces needed by the two groups. You will be informed ahead of time if your group will be sharing the camp. Groups of 50 or fewer may reserve the entire camp so that no other groups will be present during your stay, for an additional fee of $750.
